Description

Establishment of an overarching requirements management process to identify dependencies between the various PO streams and to shape and steer the overall system
Definition of standards, quality criteria, and overarching methods for requirements management
Development of an overarching product vision and product roadmap
Analysis and project-related alignment of requirements with relevant project stakeholders, as well as definition of new requirements and improvements
Definition and transparent communication of the product goal, as well as ensuring alignment between the individual product streams
Responsibility for creating product backlog items
Communication of the product backlog to multiple teams

Requirements

Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification
3 years of experience as a Product Owner
3 years of experience with agile development methods such as Scrum or Kanban
3 years of experience in project-specific documentation, including maintenance of roadmaps and backlogs with Jira and Confluence
