Description
- Establishment of an overarching requirements management process to identify dependencies between the different PO streams and shape and steer the overall system
- Definition of standards, quality criteria, and cross-functional methods for requirements management
- Development of an overarching product vision and product roadmap
- Analysis and project-related alignment of requirements with relevant project stakeholders as well as definition of new requirements and improvements
- Definition and transparent communication of the product goal, as well as ensuring alignment between the individual product streams
- Responsibility for creating product backlog items
- Communication of the product backlog to multiple teams
Requirements
- Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification
- 3 years of experience as a Product Owner
- 3 years of experience with agile development methods such as Scrum or Kanban
- 3 years of experience in project-specific documentation, including maintenance of roadmaps and backlogs with Jira and Confluence
