Description
- Definition and implementation of an asset and configuration management strategy, as well as continuous improvement of the strategy
- Coordination and monitoring of operational activities in asset and configuration management, including planning and managing the related tasks and tracking deadlines
- Automation of asset and configuration management-related processes, as well as integration of this information into other software development processes (change management)
- Organization and planning of asset and configuration management in line with DORA / MaRisk and the relevant banking regulations
- Documentation of results, as well as preparation of analyses and regular reports
- Maintenance of the infrastructure within asset and configuration management in cooperation with the IT department (fnt command as CMDB, Confluence as CMS, BOC Adonis and Jira as CHM process tools)
- Provision of reports from CMDB data for control activities in line with banking regulatory requirements under DORA / MaRisk
Requirements
- Fluent German skills and good English skills.
- Several years of experience in lifecycle and configuration management.
- Knowledge of IT service management (ITIL), patch management, as well as Linux and Windows environments, virtualization, IT infrastructure components, network protocols, application servers, and databases.
- Experience working with tools such as FNT Command, IBM Flexera, Confluence, BOC ADONIS, and Jira.
- Understanding of DORA, MaRisk, and other banking supervisory requirements.
- Strong organizational skills, as well as a structured and careful documentation style.
