Description
- Analysis and structured review of existing SAP PP production processes.
- Documentation of bills of materials (BOM) and routing plans.
- Optimization of work and shift planning processes in the SAP environment.
- Analysis of the interfaces between SAP and BDE/MDE systems (GFOS).
- Identification of process weaknesses and derivation of concrete improvements.
- Stabilization of ongoing production operations through targeted adjustments.
- Building a complete, practical system and process documentation.
Requirements
- Several years of experience as an SAP consultant with a focus on SAP PP.
- Sound knowledge of BOM, routing plans, and production orders.
- Experience in work and shift planning management within SAP.
- Know-how in the integration of BDE/MDE systems with SAP.
- Understanding of related modules such as MM and FI/CO.
