I support companies as a freelance SAP PS consultant, integration manager and solution architect in the implementation of complex S/4HANA projects. My work focuses on long-term projects with high technical complexity and project-driven value creation models, as typically found in machinery and plant engineering, shipbuilding, or aerospace.

In my role, I take on both the professional and organizational responsibility for SAP PS-related subprojects, from requirements gathering and integrated solution design to implementation and stabilization. A central focus is on continuous end-to-end integration of PLM, production and logistics processes in ETO, CTO, CTO+ and ATO scenarios as well as in the production logistics environment (SAP PS, PEO, PP, PP/DS, MES & PM).

Thanks to my many years of work in technically and organizationally complex project environments, I have excellent integrative knowledge of related logistical SAP modules and processes. I combine this with a solid understanding of the associated commercial aspects, which is crucial in project and production environments with high variant diversity.
