Description
A company is seeking an experienced Interim Manager to temporarily take on leadership or transformation responsibilities within technology-driven organizations. The primary goal is to stabilize, develop, or transform technical organizational units and manage complex projects with high technical and regulatory complexity.
- Analyze technical organizations, processes, and governance structures.
- Develop and implement optimization or transformation strategies.
- Advise executive management on technical, organizational, and strategic matters.
- Lead complex technical projects or programs.
- Ensure compliance with technical norms, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage interdisciplinary teams and ensure quality in technical project execution.
- Evaluate technical risks and implement quality and compliance processes.
Requirements
- Completed university degree in a technical or engineering field (e.g., IT/Technology, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar).
- At least 15 years of professional experience in technical or engineering-driven organizations.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in technical planning, development, or engineering processes.
- At least 8 years of leadership experience, ideally including 3–5 years at the executive or program level.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex projects or programs, with a proven track record in transformation or organizational development projects.
- Strong understanding of technical planning and development processes, quality assurance, and risk analysis.
- Experience in project management of complex technical projects.
- Advantageous: Experience with regulatory approval processes, technical certification procedures, and digital transformation projects.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, leadership strength, and decision-making ability.
- Structured and results-oriented working style, with resilience in complex project situations.
