Description
A company is looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the selection and implementation of Point of Sale (POS) hardware for kiosks. The goal of the project is to identify the optimal hardware solution that meets the specific requirements of the kiosks and to coordinate its rollout.
The Product Manager will play a key role in analyzing requirements, evaluating hardware options, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth implementation.
- Analyze the kiosks’ requirements and needs regarding POS hardware.
- Research and assess available POS hardware solutions on the market.
- Work with suppliers and vendors to identify the best options.
- Create decision templates and present the results to management.
- Plan and coordinate the implementation of the selected hardware.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in POS hardware or similar technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Point of Sale hardware, ideally in kiosk or retail environments.
- Strong knowledge of kiosk or retail solutions.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience in requirements analysis.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and lead projects successfully.
- Fluent in German and English.
