Description
- You continuously develop existing app modules and implement new design guidelines
- You design and optimize UI components as well as navigation structures within the app
- You ensure a consistent, user-centered evolution of the app experiences
- You work closely with relevant stakeholders to translate requirements into high-quality designs
Requirements
- You have experience in UX research as well as analyzing and specifying usage contexts
- You are confident in deriving requirements and developing user-centered design solutions
- You routinely create mockups, UI prototypes, and specifications (including handoff) in Figma
- You develop user flows, user journeys and actively work on design systems
- You consider accessibility (e.g., WCAG, BITV, EN 301 549) in your designs
- You work in a structured way with tools like Figma, Jira, Confluence, and ideally ZeroHeight
- You are familiar with common design guidelines (iOS, Material Design) and apply them confidently
