Identification and analysis of cyber risks arising from changes in the digital landscape and the growing capabilities of attackers.
Development and assignment of appropriate countermeasures and creation of roadmaps for effectively addressing digital threats.
Translating security incidents and threats into concrete, business-relevant risks with suitable countermeasures.
Continuous improvement of processes for managing the cyber risk lifecycle and increasing the maturity of the Cyber Risk Desk.
Preparation of project reports on the status, impact, and required actions related to identified risks.
Development of risk analyses and management processes that comply with applicable regulatory standards (SOX, PCI, data protection).
Conducting an initial risk assessment (likelihood, impact, risk level), including a precise description of the risks, impacts, and probability of occurrence.
Evaluation and detailed description of the remaining residual risk after potential implementation of the identified risk mitigation measures.

Requirements

Solid experience in identifying, assessing, and analyzing cyber risks.
Knowledge in developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
Experience in creating risk analyses and management processes according to regulatory standards (SOX, PCI, data protection).
Ability to translate security incidents and threats into business-relevant risks.
Experience in preparing reports on the status and impact of risks.
Knowledge in continuously improving cyber risk management processes.
