Description
A company is looking for an experienced leader to drive automation and AI transformation. The goal is to analyze and optimize end-to-end processes across various business areas such as sales, purchasing, order processing, and logistics. The focus is on identifying opportunities for improvement, especially in areas with media breaks and manual tasks, and creating a prioritized transformation roadmap with clear business cases and implementation recommendations.
The role includes managing automation initiatives like ERP optimization, RPA, and low-code/no-code solutions, evaluating and introducing relevant AI use cases, and building basic AI skills within the organization. Leading internal project teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement are also key responsibilities. Close collaboration with IT and external implementation partners is expected, with reporting to senior management.
- Analyze and optimize end-to-end processes in sales, purchasing, order processing, and logistics
- Identify improvement opportunities in existing processes

Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience, including leadership roles in process optimization, digitalization, or transformation
- Consulting background (top-tier, boutique, or in-house) with strong methodological skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, MS Dynamics, etc.)
- Hands-on experience in process automation (RPA, APIs, workflows)
- Proficient with project management methods and business cases
- Hands-on mentality and clear results orientation
- Fluent German and English skills
