Description
A company is immediately looking for interim support as an Accounting Lead / Head Of. The goal of the project is to take over the leadership and coordination of two teams - Accounts Payable (AP) and General Ledger (GL) - with a total of 13 team members. The focus is on ensuring smooth accounting processes and supporting strategic and operational tasks.
- Leadership and coordination of the AP and GL teams
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and guidelines
- Supporting process and system optimization
- Monitoring and analyzing financial data
- Collaborating with other departments and external partners
- Reporting to senior management
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership role in accounting
- Solid knowledge of Accounts Payable and General Ledger
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and guide teams
- Fluent German, English skills an advantage
- Availability 4-5 days a week for at least 4 months
