Description

A company is looking for interim support as an Accounting Lead / Head of starting immediately. The goal of the project is to take over the leadership and coordination of two teams - Accounts Payable (AP) and General Ledger (GL) - with a total of 13 team members. The focus is on ensuring smooth accounting processes and supporting strategic and operational tasks.

Leading and coordinating the AP and GL teams
Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and guidelines
Supporting the optimization of processes and systems
Monitoring and analyzing financial data
Collaborating with other departments and external partners
Reporting to senior management

Requirements

Proven experience in a leadership role in accounting
Solid knowledge of Accounts Payable and General Ledger
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to motivate and lead teams
Fluent German, English skills are a plus
Availability for 4-5 days per week for at least 4 months
