Description
A company is looking for immediate interim support as an Accounting Lead / Head of. The goal of the project is to take on the leadership and coordination of two teams - Accounts Payable (AP) and General Ledger (GL) - with a total of 13 team members. The focus is on ensuring smooth accounting processes and supporting strategic and operational tasks.
- Lead and coordinate the AP and GL teams
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies
- Support process and system optimization
- Monitor and analyze financial data
- Collaborate with other departments and external partners
- Report to senior management
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership role within accounting
- Solid knowledge of Accounts Payable and General Ledger
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and manage teams
- Business fluent German, English skills are a plus
- Availability 4-5 days per week for at least 4 months
