Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Designer with a strong focus on conversion optimisation
- Experience working on app-based products (mobile-first or native apps preferred)
- Strong understanding of user behaviour, UX principles, and data-driven design decisions
- Ability to work cross-functionally business teams
