Description
Due to a staffing shortage and the strategic realignment of our client's finance department, we are urgently seeking an Interim Manager Accounting (m/f/d) to provide project-based support.
Tasks:
- Consulting and optimizing existing accounting processes
- Independent preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under HGB
- Preparation of external reports and reportings for management and specialist departments
- Development, optimization, and interim management of modern controlling as well as transparent reporting structures
- Conducting budget planning, forecasts, and profitability analyses to support business decisions
- Responsibility for liquidity planning, cash management, and financial transparency during the project period
- Further development and digitization of existing finance processes, systems, and reporting standards
- Professional management and support of the finance team as part of the interim/project role
Requirements
- Multiple years of experience as a freelancer/interim manager in finance, accounting, or controlling
- Solid expertise in financial statements under HGB
- Analytical and structured way of working as well as high level of personal responsibility
- Confident handling of Navision / Business Central
- Strong communication skills and professional stakeholder management
