Description
Due to a staffing bottleneck and the strategic realignment of our client's finance department, we are urgently looking for an Interim Manager Accounting (m/f/d) for project-based support.
Tasks:
- Advising on and optimizing existing accounting processes
- Independently preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to HGB
- Preparing external reports and reporting for management and specialist departments
- Setting up, optimizing and interim management of a modern controlling function and transparent reporting structures
- Conducting budget planning, forecasts and profitability analyses to support business decisions
- Responsibility for liquidity planning, cash management and financial transparency during the project
- Further development and digitization of existing finance processes, systems and reporting standards
- Professional leadership and support of the finance team in the interim/project role
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a freelancer or interim manager in finance, accounting or controlling
- Solid expertise in preparing financial statements according to HGB
- Analytical and structured working style with a high level of self-responsibility
- Confident handling of Navision / Business Central
- Strong communication skills and professional stakeholder management
