Description
For our client, a bank, we are currently looking for a Configuration Management Consultant (w/m/d)
Tasks:
- Carrying out quality assurance measures as part of the CMDB migration
- Checking source data for completeness, accuracy and consistency
- Assessing and ensuring data quality before migrating to ServiceNow
- Reviewing gathered requirements for the CMDB implementation for functional and technical feasibility
- Identifying discrepancies, data errors and clarification needs
- Supporting the operational execution of the migration
- Carefully documenting test results and irregularities
- Close coordination with the involved business units and project stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience in configuration management / CMDB
- Understanding of application-technical mapping of configuration management processes
- Proficiency with data validation, data quality and plausibility checks
- Experience in quality assurance and documentation
