Requirements
- Experience in the financial industry or banking environment
- Hands-on experience with modern AI automation platforms (preferably BluePrism, n8n, or similar tools)
- Solid experience in process automation and process re-engineering
- Background in automating business-relevant areas such as finance, HR, and business administration
- Understanding of IT security and compliance requirements in the financial sector
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and API interfaces
- Certifications in process automation (e.g., BluePrism, UiPath)
- Experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban)
