Description
- Conceptual design and further development of business customer products
- Creation and maintenance of product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Definition of scope of services, product logic and commercial parameters
- Preparation of product-related documents such as service descriptions, price lists and product data sheets
- Interface management between product management, IT, engineering, sales, legal, finance and operations
- Conducting market, customer and competitor analyses
- Coordination of requirements for processes and systems, e.g. orderability, billing and delivery
- Support of product lifecycle management
Requirements
- Several years of experience in product management, preferably B2B
- Experience in designing and developing products
- Knowledge in creating requirement specifications
- Experience in commercial design of rates and products
- Understanding of technical implementations
- Knowledge of product-related processes such as orderability, billing, provisioning and contract logic
- Project management experience is a plus
- Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills, team player, and assertiveness
- Very good German language skills, written and spoken
