Description

We are looking for an experienced strategic consultant (m/f/d) for business development and digital transformation in Munich. You will play a key role in delivering strategic advisory services to our client and their internal teams, with a strong focus on value creation and data-driven analysis.

Develop and articulate business strategies for various departments with a holistic business perspective
Operationalize strategies by developing actionable initiatives and projects
Analyze data, conduct research, and generate insights to support consulting recommendations and decision making
Conduct comprehensive business assessments and develop recommendations to achieve strategic goals
Analyze root causes of business issues and support their resolution
Lead change management initiatives to drive adoption of new strategies and processes
Identify optimization opportunities and innovation potential to drive operational excellence and business growth
Recommend and support the implementation of digital technologies to enhance operational efficiency
Evaluate and manage potential partnerships to support strategic objectives
Effectively communicate strategic visions and lead workshops and meetings to align on goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both external and internal
Collaborate closely with executive leadership and top management in cross-functional teams
Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to develop innovative approaches

Requirements

Several years of experience in strategic management consulting or a similar role
Proven ability to develop and implement business strategies
Strong analytical thinking and experience in data-driven analysis
Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex ideas clearly
Experience in change management and executing organizational change initiatives
Ability to identify and implement process optimizations and innovation opportunities
Good knowledge of applying and implementing digital technologies
Experience in evaluating and managing partnerships and alliances
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
Flexibility and willingness to work both on-site in Munich and remotely
Fluent German and English skills
Preferred: Residence in the Munich area
