Description
A company is seeking support for the project "Further development of Crisis Management". The goal of the project is to advance the development of crisis management (CM) and complete the implementation of the CM lifecycle. The CM lifecycle includes, among other things, regular reviews of the crisis management plan, the preparation and execution of crisis management exercises and workshops, as well as the analysis and improvement of the crisis management system and crisis risks.
The role includes coordinating all steps of the CM lifecycle, objectively evaluating the crisis management system, and developing suggestions for improvement. In addition, company-specific templates and presentations will be developed, and the preparation and follow-up of tests and exercises will be carried out. Documenting and tracking lessons learned are also part of the tasks, as well as advising on and implementing improvement potentials.
Requirements
- Experience in crisis management and CM lifecycle
- Proven expertise in coordinating and running CM exercises and workshops
- Ability to objectively evaluate and improve management systems
- Knowledge in collecting and analyzing crisis risks
- Experience in developing templates and presentations
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Consulting skills and analytical thinking
- Fluent German, English skills are a plus
