Description
A company is looking for support for the project "Weiterentwicklung des Crisis Management". The goal of the project is to advance the development of crisis management (CM) and complete the implementation of the CM lifecycle. The CM lifecycle includes, among other things, regular reviews of the crisis management plan, preparation and conduct of crisis management exercises and workshops, as well as analysis and improvement of the crisis management system and crisis risks.
The role involves coordinating all steps of the CM lifecycle, providing an objective assessment of the crisis management system, and developing improvement proposals. In addition, company-specific templates and presentations are developed, and tests and exercises are prepared and followed up. Documenting and tracking lessons learned are also part of the tasks, as well as advising on and implementing improvement potentials.
Requirements
- Experience in crisis management and the CM lifecycle
- Proven expertise in coordinating and conducting CM exercises and workshops
- Ability to objectively assess and improve management systems
- Knowledge of crisis risk assessment and analysis
- Experience in developing templates and presentations
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Consulting skills and analytical thinking
- Fluent German; English skills are a plus
