Description
- Creation of media plans in Excel based on client briefings: selection and configuration of ad placements, pricing, targeting, durations, and budget splits
- Professional analysis of the asset workflow: material request from the vendor, asset review, briefing the creative team, feedback loops, sending final ad creatives for vendor approval
- Preparation of activation input and communication as well as knowledge transfer to the AM team (in Excel/Jira) including targeting details, promoted SKUs (PZNs), landing pages, creative naming
- Maintenance of media plan status: workflow fields, owner, start/end date, etc. for each measure as a mandatory routine
Requirements
- Proven project experience in campaign management or ad operations
- Strong knowledge of Excel: formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting, drop-downs, data validation, handling large media plans (500+ rows)
- Solid experience with ad servers: Kevel (ideal), Amazon Ads, Google Ad Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Xandr, or equivalent
- Familiarity with Jira and/or Asana as ticket/workflow tools
