Description
We’re looking for an analytical mind who can make Salesforce data speak. Because experts in Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA+) are rare, we equally value your solid knowledge in Tableau – provided you have already worked extensively with Salesforce data models and are ready to transfer your expert knowledge to CRMA+
- Analytics development: Design and development of complex dashboards and analytics apps within Salesforce CRM Analytics or Tableau.
- Data preparation: Designing and implementing data processing workflows (Dataflows and Recipes in CRMA+ or Tableau Prep) to prepare Salesforce data.
- Data integration: Integrating external data sources (e.g., from SAP via the central data platform) into the Salesforce environment.
- User Experience: Optimizing the user experience (UX) to ensure intuitive use by business teams.
- Governance: Ensuring data consistency and compliance with data governance guidelines within the analytics environment.
Requirements
- Tool expertise: Relevant experience developing with Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA+) OR solid expertise in Tableau (Desktop/Server).
- Language skills: Knowledge of SAQL (Salesforce Analytics Query Language) is ideal; alternatively, you bring advanced skills in Tableau calculations or SQL and are willing to learn SAQL quickly.
- Salesforce know-how: A solid understanding of the Salesforce data model (objects, relationships) and common CRM processes is essential.
