Description

  • Technical analysis and consolidation of the last-mile optimization concepts, project documents, and interim results available from the client, including identifying technical, methodological, and conceptual gaps as a basis for structured further development.
  • Development of technical recommendations for advancing the last-mile methodology and structured presentation of the results in a documented action plan with priorities, dependencies, and suggested next steps.
  • Design and documentation of structured implementation plans with clearly described work packages, technical interfaces, and milestones; this includes coordinating planning statuses with the client’s designated contacts and relevant external parties, as well as documenting their feedback, approvals, and contributions.
  • Technical support and advice during the implementation of agreed measures, particularly regarding the evolution of integration concepts, such as introducing zero-touch integration for remaining site variants and designing approaches to reduce integration timelines.
  • Project-related monitoring and reporting of implementation progress in standardized progress and status reports, including transparent presentation of risks, deviations, dependencies, and recommended control measures.
  • Documentation of open issues, consolidated presentation of the current status, and preparation of handover documents with recommendations for structured follow-up on unresolved topics before project closure.

Requirements

  • Professional experience in rolling out radio networks/systems, in-building and tunnel radio coverage, or radio and relay systems for control centers (at least 5 years)
  • Professional experience in telecommunications technology and/or related fields (at least 3 years)
  • Technical support of suppliers and subcontractors (at least 3 years)
  • In-depth technical knowledge of system functions and applications in the field
