Description

A company is looking for an experienced E engineer who specializes in designing and developing electric motors. The project aims to qualify an insulation system, analyze operating points, and optimize electric motors. In addition, expertise in frequency converters (FU) is needed to oversee tests and support the fine-tuning of the control system.

Qualification of an insulation system according to 60034-18-41
Analysis of electrical operating points with field weakening and efficiency
Optimization of electric motor laminations in terms of cost and torque density
Supervision of frequency converter tests to fine-tune the control system

Requirements

Experience simulating electric motors using tools like MotorCAD and Maxwell
Knowledge in electric motor design, especially insulation systems
Expertise in qualifying insulation systems according to 60034-18-41
Ability to analyze electrical operating points with field weakening and efficiency
Experience optimizing electric motor laminations
