Description
A company is looking for an experienced E-Engineer specialized in designing and constructing electric motors. The project aims to qualify an insulation system, analyze operating points, and optimize electric motors. In addition, expertise in frequency inverters (FI) is required to support testing and KBK tuning.
- Qualification of an insulation system according to 60034-18-41
- Analysis of electrical operating points with field weakening and efficiency
- Optimization of electric motor laminations regarding cost and torque density
- Supervision of frequency inverter tests for KBK tuning
Requirements
- Experience in simulating electric motors with tools like MotorCAD and Maxwell
- Knowledge in designing electric motors, especially insulation systems
- Expertise in qualifying insulation systems according to 60034-18-41
- Ability to analyze electrical operating points with field weakening and efficiency
- Experience in optimizing electric motor laminations
- Competence in frequency inverters and their testing
