Project Manager with Workday and AI Experience (m/f/d)

An organization is looking for an experienced project manager who has solid project management skills and can coordinate multiple projects at the same time. The projects include agency integration, managing HR involvement, and driving automation projects after conducting process analysis.

The role requires knowledge of AI and experience with related tools. HR knowledge as well as marketing and communication skills are a plus. It is possible to split the focus areas so that one project manager concentrates on AI and another on HR processes. Experience with the Workday HCM system is also desirable.

Main responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage various projects, including automation and integration projects.
• Analyze and optimize processes before implementing automation solutions.
• Collaborate with agencies and manage HR involvement.
• Use AI tools to support project objectives.
• Ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Communicate and align with internal and external stakeholders.

• Solid experience in project management and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
• Project management certifications.
• Knowledge and experience with AI and related tools.
• HR knowledge as well as marketing and communication skills, startups, etc. (a plus).
• Experience supporting new company setups from an HR perspective (staffing, on-/near-/offshore, recruiting, vision/mission, culture, etc.).
• Experience with the Workday HCM system (desirable).
• Ability to analyze complex projects and implement them efficiently.
