Description
A company is looking for an experienced project manager with solid project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple projects at the same time. These projects include, among other things, agency integrations, managing HR involvement, and driving automation projects with preliminary process analysis.
The role requires knowledge of AI and the use of relevant tools. HR knowledge as well as marketing and communication skills are an advantage. It’s possible to split the topics so that one project manager focuses on AI and another on HR processes. Experience with the Workday HCM system is also desirable.
Main tasks:
- Coordination and management of various projects, including automation and integration projects.
- Analysis and optimization of processes before implementing automation solutions.
- Collaboration with agencies and managing HR involvement.
- Use of AI tools to support project goals.
- Ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
- Communication and alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Solid experience in project management and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
- Project management certifications.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with AI and related tools.
- HR knowledge as well as marketing and communication skills, startups, etc. (advantage).
- Experience supporting new company setups from an HR perspective (staffing, on-, near-, offshore, recruiting, vision/mission, culture, etc.).
- Experience with the Workday HCM system (desirable).
- Ability to analyze complex projects and implement them efficiently.
