Description
A company is looking for an experienced project manager with solid project management skills who can coordinate multiple projects at the same time. The projects include, among others, agency integrations, managing HR involvement, and driving automation projects with prior process analysis.
The role requires knowledge of AI and the use of related tools. HR knowledge as well as marketing and communication skills are a plus. There is the option to split the focus areas so that one project manager concentrates on AI and another on HR processes. Experience with the Workday HCM system is also desirable.
Main tasks:
- Coordinating and managing various projects, including automation and integration projects.
- Analyzing and optimizing processes before implementing automation solutions.
- Collaborating with agencies and managing HR involvement.
- Using AI tools to support project goals.
- Ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
- Communicating and aligning with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Solid experience in project management and coordinating multiple projects at the same time.
- Project management certifications.
- Knowledge and experience in working with AI and related tools.
- HR knowledge as well as marketing and communication skills, startups etc. (a plus).
- Experience supporting new company setups from an HR perspective (staffing, on-, near-, offshore, recruiting, vision/mission, culture, etc.)
- Experience with the Workday HCM system (desirable).
- Ability to analyze complex projects and implement them efficiently.
