Description
- End-to-end operation and enhancement of SAP HCM (PA, PY, PT, Event Mgmt, Fiori)
- Implementation of global & local HR requirements, including coordination with Global HR Operations
- Project work / sub-project leadership in an S/4HANA and Fiori environment
- Operation and enhancement of all SAP-Workday interfaces (e.g. payroll, time management, finance, BW)
- Customizing in payroll & time management (time types, wage types, health insurance)
- Error analysis and support in SAP HCM and partially Workday
- Support of add-ons & tools (e.g. Escriba, Ingentis, Audit & Compliance, Clone & Test)
- Ensuring authorizations, transport management, support packages and GDPR-compliant data maintenance
Requirements
- Several years of experience as an SAP HCM / Payroll consultant or expert
- Very good knowledge in SAP HCM PY / PT as well as interface management
- Experience with Workday integrations
- Project experience in an S/4HANA environment
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
- Very good German skills, English is a plus
