A law firm is looking for an expert to optimize and automate processes. The goal of the project is to make workflows more efficient, especially in PDF handling, file management, and accounting processes in a SQL environment. Additionally, a user-friendly interface (UI) tailored specifically to the needs of lawyers and secretaries should be developed.

Automate PDF handling processes (e.g., merging, converting, editing).
Develop solutions for automated management of file extensions and structures.
Optimize and automate accounting processes in a SQL environment.
Create an intuitive and user-friendly UI for non-technical users like lawyers and secretaries.
Integrate open-source libraries to extend functionality.
Collaborate with firm staff on requirements analysis and solution development.
Document the developed solutions and train users.

Requirements

Solid experience in PowerShell scripting.
Experience with open-source libraries and their integration.
Expert knowledge in Excel VBA.
Deep SQL knowledge, especially in automating accounting processes.
Experience developing user-friendly UIs for non-technical users.
Ability to analyze and optimize complex processes.
Fluent German.
