A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager HR / Compensation & Data to lead and implement HR and compensation projects. The role involves ensuring compliance with the Pay Transparency Act and EU pay transparency regulations, developing salary structures and bands for multiple brands, and creating KPIs for ESG and social reporting. Additionally, the position includes standardizing HR processes with automation and AI support, as well as harmonizing compensation and allowances across groups and countries.
Key responsibilities:
- Project management and implementation of HR/compensation projects
- Implementation of the Pay Transparency Act / EU pay transparency regulations
- Development of salary structures and bands for multiple brands
- KPI development for ESG / social reporting
- Standardization of HR processes including automation and AI support

Requirements
- Several years of experience as a Senior Project Manager in HR/compensation
- Strong understanding of compensation systems and salary logic
- Solid data and analytical skills
- Experience with regulatory HR topics (e.g., pay transparency, equal pay)
- Structured and independent working style
- Very good German skills, good English skills
