Responsibility for commercial finance in Central Europe (DACH and Poland), reporting to the EMEA Commercial Finance Director. Monthly financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis, evaluation of promotions and special campaigns, management of planning processes including budgeting, as well as preparation of QBR materials up to CFO level. Took over functional leadership in the finance team after the mandate holder was unavailable.

• Managing the service provider for the initial maintenance of composites according to Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS) (web browser-based application, PL/SQL)

• Managing the service provider for creating performance analyses and client-specific composite reports for the new entities (web browser-based application, PL/SQL)

• Support with the rollout of the Salesforce Trade Promotion Tool in the German market

• Handling ad hoc analyses and reporting for management

• Moderation, presentation, and documentation

• Monitoring data quality and administration

• Validating data and resolving inconsistencies

• Managing and monitoring the process for requesting, uploading, and validating data

• Support for the Senior Vice President Global Infrastructure (SVP GI) with various tasks related to strategy, management, and administration (annual budget of 96 million euros)

• Preparation of top management documents and decision papers (e.g. CFO board of Fresenius SE & Co. KGaA)

• Representation of the SVP GI in various meetings

• Support for the group-wide network transformation and move to the cloud

• Support in setting up the Moving Factory for the data center exit and move to the cloud, including staffing in close coordination with the SVP GI

• Support in setting up the PMO for the network transformation, including staffing in close coordination with the SVP GI

• Project management for the group-wide sundowning of the Lotus Notes application
