Description
- Develop and prepare detailed transport tenders for shipping tile products to trading partners/branch centers in Europe
- Define and set framework conditions for transport contracts, including drafting and negotiating Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Ensure compliance with all contract terms in line with company requirements and cover desired performance standards
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand their requirements and integrate them into the tender processes
- Analyze and evaluate tender offers
Requirements
- Proven experience in creating transport tenders
- Experience in defining and setting framework conditions for transport contracts, including Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Ability to develop and implement bonus-malus systems to ensure performance standards and efficiency
- Experience working with various stakeholders to develop optimal tender conditions
- Strong analytical skills to assess tender offers
- Knowledge of the construction industry, especially in tile logistics and shipping, is a plus
