As a CIO, department head or program manager, I take responsibility for creating, transforming or consolidating IT organizations, application landscapes and infrastructures. I also coach IT leaders and executive teams to ensure impact beyond my mandates.
My main areas are IT transformation and infrastructure projects, and the strategic alignment of IT and its organizations.
