Simultaneously coaching the IT director and executive management for independent provider management after my mandate ended. Result: Carried out a BSI-oriented security audit and established an action plan; negotiated and awarded the outsourcing contract; enabled IT management for independent control and initiated strategic repositioning with an IT strategy, AI strategy, and IT security framework.

Modernized the cross-site network infrastructure on Cisco/Fortinet and managed the M365 migration. Built a team structure that could continue without an external lead after my mandate ended. Result: Modernization without service disruption; company-wide M365 rollout completed on schedule; seamless handover to internal successor after 24 months.

As a CIO, division manager, or program manager, I take responsibility for creating, transforming, or consolidating IT organizations, application landscapes, and infrastructures. In addition, I coach IT leaders and executive teams to ensure impact beyond my assignments.
