Training and coaching team members in their agile roles
Creating processes for the teams' future collaboration
Maintaining the sprint & product backlog as well as the Kanban board
Coordinating and organizing meetings & formats
Running & facilitating meetings & formats
Advising on task definition Developing an overarching and shared pattern of collaboration
Preparing management presentations and leading workshops
Requirements
- The consultant must have knowledge, certifications & experience in agile project management, SCRUM and agile coaching to deliver the service.
