Description
A company is looking for an experienced project manager with a civil engineering background for the power plant or energy industry. The goal of the project is to lead the planning, coordination and execution of construction projects in the energy and power plant sector. The role requires close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. It is explicitly noted that construction supervisors are not being sought.
Main tasks:
- Leading and overseeing construction projects in the power plant or energy industry
- Coordinating between various departments and external partners
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Creating and monitoring project plans and budgets
- Identifying and solving technical challenges
- Reporting to stakeholders and management
Requirements
- Degree in civil engineering or a related field
- Several years of experience in project management, ideally in the power plant or energy industry
- Knowledge of project management tools and methods
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Fluent German, English skills are a plus
- Willingness to work in a remote environment
