Advising the Inlife tribe on solution approaches within Salesforce, especially for the technical and process implementation of customer support processes
Advising on connecting external solutions to Salesforce, the USU Knowledge Base.
Subject-matter #consulting of the B2C area in defining, creating, and evaluating complex business and technical requirements, considering time, quality, and budget
Coordination of external requirement and delivery units.
Checking the correct configuration and functionality of implemented systems, Salesforce Lightning and Omniscript.
Professional advice on further development and optimization of processes and systems.
Functional description and specification of new tariffs, options, and packs.
Advice on configuring test cards for different use cases.
