Project Description
The client’s existing IT landscape has grown over time, shaped by separate technology stacks and redundant business logic built independently for different brands. This fragmentation leads to inconsistent channel coverage, complicated coordination, and longer time-to-market – resulting in high IT costs.
In Omnichannel Management, all sales channels (online & offline) are anchored and heavily dependent on the transformation. The Portfolio Planning & Scoping (PPS) team, specifically the Sales area, is responsible for operational and strategic roadmap planning as well as the detailed breakdown of project scope.
