Requirements
- Strong understanding of product management – commercial strategy, go-to-market planning, technical architecture, product design
- Proven experience leading discovery and co-creation of new products in complex, undefined problem spaces
- Fast learner across unfamiliar domains (defense procurement, military systems, AI, industrial policy); ability to translate knowledge into sound product decisions
- Building effective working relationships across engineering, research, and commercial functions
