Senior Product Owner, Innovations

As Senior Product Owner, Innovations at cadooz, I was responsible for the initial development of white-label shop solutions ("advantage worlds" in the employee benefits segment), the implementation of SAP Ariba and Coupa procurement systems to connect various shops to clients like Boehringer Ingelheim, DHL and UPS. I also led the analysis, exploration and solution development of a new (for cadooz) business field in the B2C segment, taking a full package from business analysis and planning, through creating and defining a product vision and strategy, to the technical implementation of the "Benefitbuddy" app (MVP Dec 24) with an internal, international development team. Beyond stakeholder management, I enabled the team cross-functionally to use the SCRUM framework efficiently and in a process-supporting way.
My additional task is to analyze company-wide agile processes and support optimization and implementation. In this, I work closely with executive management.

Product Owner & Founder
Sun-Wall.de (pilot project)
Based on my own PV project (instead of roofing, developing and integrating a retrofit solar facade on a house), I founded sun-wall.de as a fun consulting project. In this context, I have repeatedly handled small-scale analysis, consulting and design in the field of solar energy for buildings whose roof does not have the necessary load capacity or is shaded. The project is not actively pursued – but I am always happy to answer questions about PV systems.
In addition to hands-on work, I am also privately studying "Regenerative Energy Systems - Use and Economics" (continuing education).

- Implementation of a consulting platform for the Bauer Media Group based on a Drupal-like, in-house tech stack (V1).
- Focus of work: in-time and on-budget delivery of an MVP for a market launch in May 22 (a disguised waterfall process with a deadline in a SCRUM environment).
- Building on that, reformulating the product vision and jointly developing a decoupled, modern tech stack based on requirements and learnings from V1.

I was brought in as a coach for change management to make the project management processes more agile and optimize them. The mandate expanded over the long support period into a comprehensive coaching program for agile project management processes, efficient meeting structures, team role distribution, and employee and leadership culture. I regularly provide advice or vision workshop offerings, which I conduct remotely or on-site with the team. Currently, I am advising on the implementation of OKR (Objectives & Key Results).

Product Owner & Digital Consultant
deepblue networks / BMWI
In 2020, deepblue networks won the pitch to take over BMWI's 2 main and 50 satellite websites (with me) and appointed me as Product Owner and Digital Consultant for the client BMWI, the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs.
- In this role, I oversaw the takeover process of the 2+50 websites (gathering information, evaluating details, creating timelines, stakeholder management) and advised the client, i.e., the ministry's specialist departments, on implementing subprojects.
- Subprojects: relaunch of nexxt-change.org, development of the Smart City Navigator tool, and relaunch of exist.de.
- The extended mandate also included developing and optimizing processes between the agencies deepblue networks (Digital) and Scholz&Friends (Social Media, Content, Marketing, Film) to lead and advise the client holistically.

After my successful role as a Product Owner for the Osram Lightelligence project in 2018 (see below), I took over a team of 25 colleagues as Director of a business unit and at the same time drove several projects forward in the Product Owner role.

Product Owner & Digital Consultant

- As a 'proxy' Product Owner via deepblue networks for the client Osram and the IoT project 'Lightelligence', responsible for the customer-centered implementation of design and React-based frontend system, user frontend and dashboards, as well as the strategic positioning, UX/UI conception, and implementation of applications for sensor-driven data collection and visualization (e.g., floor & heat maps, dashboarding, and analysis tools) on the above-mentioned system components.
- Corresponding responsibilities included product vision, product development, and roadmap planning with the technical team lead and the Osram stakeholders. The product is designed as an open-source IoT platform for the building and lighting market.
- Additionally, I focused on marketing consulting and developing go-to-market strategies for the entire platform as well as for individual applications – collaborating extensively with my later strategy partner to strategically support the product and the IoT platform.
- The core work covered the usual Product Owner roles from backlog & user story ownership and prioritization to review meetings and stakeholder communication.
- The program was discontinued in 2020 when the focus shifted to light bulbs.
