Overall responsibility for the digital transformation and the company-wide project portfolio. Designing and implementing new organizational and governance structures, decentralizing decision-making processes, and building an in-house consulting function to increase efficiency and support organizational development. Managing a greenfield program to introduce a cloud-based ERP/CRM landscape, including process, role and organizational development. Responsible for transformation, change, leadership and operational effectiveness across heterogeneous functional areas.

• Service development: Development and implementation of a solution to improve data quality in product data exchange between industry and retail (3 million budget) (hybrid)

• Construction project: Extension of an additional office unit at the company site in Cologne (17 Mio. Budget) (Method: classic)

Responsible for establishing and further developing company-wide project and portfolio management, as well as managing complex transformation and digitization programs. Establishment of governance, prioritization, decision-making, and reporting structures for the project portfolio, as well as advising executive management and business units. Management of interdisciplinary programs and projects with internal and external stakeholders, including the establishment of a new project management organization, digital transformation initiatives, and complex cross-organizational initiatives. Management and development of project managers, as well as further development of traditional, agile, and hybrid approaches.

Management of several parallel IT projects and programs in an international automotive environment. Responsibility for overall planning, prioritization and coordination, as well as managing dependencies, risks, resources and stakeholders. Collaboration with international business units, IT organizations and specialized project teams, and ensuring transparent decision-making and reporting structures. Advising and supporting complex project and program organizations on governance, methodologies and effective implementation.

Advising complex IT projects and project organizations in an international automotive environment. Supporting project leads with project structuring, governance, planning, risk and stakeholder management, as well as with the application and further development of project management methods and standards. Advising at the interface between business units, IT and project organizations, and supporting the establishment of robust management, reporting and decision-making structures.
