The project is modernizing a complex enterprise application that has grown over many years. The existing Spring-based legacy system runs on Java 8, OSGi, and Eclipse RCP and is being gradually migrated to a modern, maintainable architecture with Java 25 and Quarkus.

AI Agent SaaS

Founded and built an AI agent SaaS for automated customer support and lead qualification, including implementation with pilot customers.

• Service → product transformation: productization from the agency into an independent AI agent SaaS. The starting point was a specific customer problem; the product was developed together with the customer.
• Developed and launched AI agents for website inbound, lead qualification, and customer service, reaching €8K MRR.
• Structured and led a remote team across engineering, LLM ops, and customer enablement.
• Case PTC Auto (e-commerce on Shopify): connected an AI support agent to the store, automated product data & support workflows, reducing workload by ~10–15 hours per week per support employee.
• Set up GDPR-compliant data processing for the AI agents: data processing agreements, deletion policies, and customer data storage locations.
• Assessed agents against the EU AI Act (risk class, transparency requirements) and built them accordingly.
• Addressed customers’ compliance and security requirements (questionnaires, evidence, contracts) to make sales possible in the first place.
• Built technical safeguards into the product to prevent agent misbehavior: hallucinations, escalation to humans, and logging.

I served as the Lead Designer for two cross-functional teams at Casavi, a software platform for property managers. Casavi is a central platform for all aspects of digital property management, which streamlines operations and business processes.

SmartTask: The team focuses on ticket management, workflow automation, AI integration, enhancing communication between property managers and their clients.

Customer app/portal: The team is dedicated to fostering community engagement among residents of managed properties. The customer portal in combination with the Casavi app solves the challenges for property and facility managers.

My role spans the full design lifecycle, covering UX/UI design, user research, usability testing, and strategic design planning, across Casavi's web platform, mobile app, and customer portals. Each team comprises around 10 members, including a project manager, designer, developers, and QA testers. I am also responsible for the accessibility assurance of the whole product.

Design unit role: In addition to my core responsibilities, I actively contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's design system and style guide ensuring consistency and scalability across all products. Mentor junior designers is my official and moral responsibility.

• A digital system made up of special software and hardware components. The overall system replaces the traditional process with job slips and handwritten notes and enables more efficient order intake. Orders and work steps for the violin-making company’s projects can now be recorded, processed and logged in real time directly on the workshop’s touchscreen PC, by mobile phone or on the desktop. This gives customers a more transparent view of the work on their instruments and allows them to track the status and progress of their instrument through their customer account.
