• Architecting and building a new AI-native procurement platform with document intelligence, an agent orchestration layer using Mastra and LLM-based workflow automation across supplier, intake and category management use-cases

Medikamendo: E-health platform for digital repeat medication & follow-up prescriptions

Building an open-source CRM with AI integrations

Open-source CRM for small teams, offered as a cloud version and as a self-hosted core product. I own the product technically end-to-end: user interface, business logic, data model, interfaces and operations. Since December 2025, I have been working full-time on Customermates.

Responsibilities:

• Designed and built the CRM workflows for contacts, organizations, deals and tasks, with configurable table and board views.
• Frontend with Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS and MobX; backend business logic with Node.js, Prisma and PostgreSQL, input validation with Zod.
• Built a REST API, webhooks and an MCP interface that lets external applications and AI clients work directly with the CRM.
• Integrated AI assistant based on the Vercel AI SDK, with stored conversations and streamed responses.
• Developed and maintain an n8n community integration for CRM operations and event-driven automations.
• Build, delivery and operations with Docker, GitHub Actions and Vercel, both as a cloud offering and for self-hosting.

Results:

• Product live as a cloud and self-hosted version; source code and integrations public on GitHub.
• More than 200 GitHub stars for the CRM repository (as of 09/2026).

I served as the Lead Designer for two cross-functional teams at Casavi, a software platform for property managers. Casavi is a central platform for all aspects of digital property management, which streamlines operations and business processes.

SmartTask: The team focuses on ticket management, workflow automation, AI integration, enhancing communication between property managers and their clients.

Customer app/portal: The team is dedicated to fostering community engagement among residents of managed properties. The customer portal in combination with the Casavi app solves the challenges for property and facility managers.

My role spans the full design lifecycle, covering UX/UI design, user research, usability testing, and strategic design planning, across Casavi's web platform, mobile app, and customer portals. Each team comprises around 10 members, including a project manager, designer, developers, and QA testers. I am also responsible for the accessibility assurance of the whole product.

Design unit role: In addition to my core responsibilities, I actively contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's design system and style guide ensuring consistency and scalability across all products. Mentor junior designers is my official and moral responsibility.

• Designed web and mobile interfaces, user flows, and design systems in Figma, Adobe XD, Motif, and Lovable, ensuring WCAG 2.1/2.2 accessibility.
• Conducted UX research and delivered responsive websites and e-commerce on WordPress® and Squarespace®, Webflow®.
• Integrated AI-generated imagery (syntography) and AI video creation into branding, prototypes, and editorial projects.

Conversion & UX Optimization of a Sales Platform

• Identified the biggest issues across the entire purchase process through a comprehensive UX audit.
• Increased conversion from 0.2% to 25% by developing an end-to-end purchase process, supported by a new information architecture and clearer messaging.
• Accelerated implementation with screen annotations that prevent misunderstandings between design and development.
• Reduced the purchase process drop-off rate from 85% to 15%.

• Integrated internal and external data sources via APIs and webhooks: Microsoft 365, shop with accounting integration, and manufacturer data.
• Implemented an AI assistant for knowledge access and document analysis, including an approval process before sending.
• Migrated and rebuilt a 49-page website with SEO in mind; launched data-driven tools (Drone Finder, Permit Finder) and lead forms.
