• Owned the client-side implementation of the in-house Email product to eliminate third-party dependency; built core sub-modules from scratch and integrated an open-source React editor into the Nuxt.js dashboard using an iFrame and postMessage bridge, managing delivery timelines closely with the backend team.
• Rebuilt the distributed client-side SDK and Service Worker alongside a backend engineer, migrating from per-customer script deployments to a single CDN-based runtime and a flag-driven modular entry point; resolved legacy Firebase, scope collision, and API proxy conflicts, reducing average load delay across 20,000+ websites from 1.3s to 0.3s.
• Built reporting and operational workflows across SaaS dashboards, including large data tables, charts, Excel exports, interactive invoice and pro forma invoice forms, and print-ready documents.
• Developed contact management and audience segmentation features for Najva, including custom contact attributes across email, SMS, and push channels.
• Contributed to privileged internal support workflows allowing authorized staff to access customer panels and perform restricted support operations.
• Acted as the sole frontend engineer for a parallel SMS advertising product, working directly with the business owner to shape features, prioritise delivery and ship production releases while continuing to lead the Najva rewrite.
• Collaborated within a 6-engineer team to maintain and scale Nuxt.js CSR advertiser and publisher dashboards, while contributing to YektaUI, the company's shared internal UI kit.
• Assumed temporary frontend ownership of a unified authentication platform (monorepo) for 3 months, delivering features consumed across multiple products within the holding.
