- Advising application managers and developers on process compliance
- Responsibility for classifying changes and major changes
- Reviewing change requests
- Supporting the incident process (e.g., troubleshooting, classification, documentation, process compliance, etc.)
Requirements
- Experience with agile methods
- Knowledge of DevOps and software development processes
- Very good/solid knowledge of ITIL process steps
- Excellent German and English skills (interaction with London and Paris)
