Description

  • Advice on compliance with IT Service Management processes according to ITIL
  • Advising application managers and developers on process compliance
  • Responsibility for classifying changes and major changes
  • Reviewing change requests
  • Supporting the incident process (e.g., troubleshooting, classification, documentation, process compliance, etc.)

Requirements

  • Experience with agile methods
  • Knowledge of DevOps and software development processes
  • Very good/solid knowledge of ITIL process steps
  • Excellent German and English skills (interaction with London and Paris)
