Description
A company is looking for a skilled Marketing Cloud Business Analyst with 8-10 years of overall experience, including over 4 years in Marketing Cloud and at least 2 years as a Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will have experience in Telco CRM and be proficient in discussing and analyzing client requirements to propose out-of-the-box (OOTB) standard functionality.
- Discuss requirements with clients related to Salesforce.
- Analyze client requirements and propose OOTB standard functionality to the business.
- Document user stories and discuss requirements with designers and development teams.
- Provide demos to the business.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce solutions.
- Utilize JIRA and Confluence for project management.
- Work within Agile methodologies.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of overall experience, including over 4 years in Marketing Cloud and at least 2 years as a Business Analyst.
- Experience in Telco CRM.
- Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communication Cloud (Vlocity) is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
- Well versed in Agile methodologies.
- Salesforce Certified.
