Process optimization in requirements management (m/f/d) (9406)

The project aims to map and optimize efficient business processes for introducing new products in the new system stack. In the initial request phase, requirements are collected and documented to establish a uniform and standardized solution for requirements management.

Service description:

Requirements management and process optimization:

• Analyze and document requirements from the request phase.
• Implement a standardized requirements management based on Atlassian Confluence and Jira.
• Integrate feedback from various departments to continuously improve processes.
• Advise on efficient tool usage by applying plug-ins to extend functionality.

Consulting role:

• Advise stakeholders on using the new tool and adopting the standardized workflow.
• Create training materials, including documentation and training videos, to promote efficient tool use.

Coordination:

• Provide technical advice on implementing changes in Confluence

Standardization and efficiency improvement:

• Develop and introduce standardized processes to improve requirements management.
• Integrate B2C expertise from the legacy system into new processes to boost efficiency and time-to-market.
