Project Management (Focus on Project Controlling) (m/f/d)

A company is looking for an experienced project manager with a focus on project controlling for the “KOMMSOFT & DMS” program. The aim of the program is to prepare and support the implementation of a DMS target solution for non-Phoenics/non-SAP processes, as well as the digitization of selected administrative processes, such as contract, procurement, and fleet management.

• Cooperation and project governance.
• Project planning and control.
• Management of service providers and proofs of concept (PoC).
• Status, risk, and change management.
• Preparation of rollouts and deployments.
• Reporting and documentation.

• Completed degree in business informatics or business administration.

• Language skills: German at C2 level, English at B2 level.

• At least 8 years of project management experience with social insurance providers, including at least 1 year in statutory accident insurance.

• Proven track record of at least 2 DMS projects (selection, design, implementation).

• Proven track record of at least 3 digitization projects in administrative processes.

• Experience in requirements specification and vendor management in at least one project.

• Resume with detailed activities for the last 8 years and a reference list.

• At least 8 years of experience with PM methods (traditional, hybrid, agile).

• Experience in DMS implementation, including target design, PoC, and rollout.

• Experience in digitization and automation projects.

• Experience in rollout and hypercare.

• Experience in cooperative and multi-client environments.

• Certifications: PSM, PSPO, SAFe 6 Agilist.

• At least 5 years of experience with Atlassian tools (Confluence/Jira).
