Description
The client is introducing a cloud-based HR IT in Germany to drive digitalization, automation and standardization of HR work.
Smart HR links establishing the HR Operating Model with rolling out a unified HR IT.
The goal is further embedding the HR Operating Model across all corporate units.
To fully anchor the roles of the HR Operating Model in daily operations, a modern and unified HR IT is needed. At the same time, the new HR IT can only work if all roles are lived according to the HR Operating Model. Therefore, it is especially important to focus on embedding the HR Operating Model in the organization before introducing the HR IT.
At its core is the Oracle HCM Suite, providing standardized HR IT for efficient personnel processes. ServiceNow complements the Oracle HCM Suite and maps necessary custom solutions, the so-called “Add-Ons”.
Checking team strategy and alignment with the project situation
Reviewing and aligning the program structure to meet the go-live deadline
Defining or sharpening the objectives and deliverables of each team
Developing solution options to move from current to target state
Creating best-practice approaches, especially in an agile environment, that highlight the benefits and value of IT solutions in a customer-centric way and plan implementation based on that
Stakeholder management and coordination/execution of target-group-specific communication
Developing KPIs (dashboards) to create project transparency and serve as a basis for prioritization
Implementing appropriate governance processes between IT and business departments for consistent management
Reducing project risks and ensuring minimum requirements are met for project go-live
Requirements
- Strong experience in cost-benefit optimized delivery of strategic projects in an agile environment
- Proven track record in implementing HCM processes
- Several years of project management experience at the intersection of business and technology
- In-depth knowledge of complex corporate structures (business processes and data)
- Expertise in analyzing and visualizing process-related challenges
- Several years of experience in multi-project management/PMO
- Fluent in German and English
