Description
A company is looking for an experienced consultant to support a transformation program that modernizes the technical landscape and the operating model. The goal is to achieve an improved customer experience, faster time-to-market, and reduced costs by introducing modern product catalog, order management, and CRM/CIM systems.
The focus of the role is on advising the specialist teams in the areas of Mobile Postpaid Retention value management and the statutory best tariff advice process. The consultant will work closely with various stakeholders to analyze existing functionality in legacy systems, propose improvement options, and define requirements for new target systems such as Salesforce and Adobe.
Key responsibilities:
Consulting the specialist teams (Portfolio Planning & Scoping Team, Tribes, Product Owner) on Mobile Postpaid Retention value management and the statutory best tariff advice process.
Analyzing existing value management functionalities and best tariff advice logic in legacy systems such as Salcus and Oracle.
Developing improvement proposals for customer value management and best tariff advice before transformation into new systems.
Supporting the technical and functional description of requirements for the new target systems Salesforce and Adobe.
Reporting relevant KPIs for mobile postpaid value management and the best tariff advice process in old (Salcus) and new (Salesforce) systems using Jira, Confluence, and Excel.
Advising on the setup of new KPIs, reports, and processes for mobile postpaid value management and the best tariff advice process in Salesforce and Adobe.
Requirements
- Experience with Adobe
- Experience with Salesforce
- Knowledge of Oracle
- Familiarity with Salcus
- Expertise in business process improvement
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Solid understanding of business processes
