PMO for the assigned project
Application and implementation of project management methods
Coordination, especially of cross-project communication
Creation of templates, presentations (e.g. SteerCo, decision templates, ...), risk analysis and management reports
Tracking the project schedule (work packages) and the milestone plan (in cooperation with subproject managers)
Preparing status reports
Identifying and analyzing risks and planning countermeasures together with the project and subproject leads
Scheduling, organizing, and preparing and following up meetings/workshops
Requirements
Experience in complex projects in a PMO role or as a project analyst
Industry know-how in energy is an advantage
Project management know-how across the entire project lifecycle
Familiarity with project management tools
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Experience with agile projects (IT development)
MS Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Teams
