Description
The client has a variety of projects to optimize results. These over 200 projects all need to be tracked. That's the PMO's task. It consists of 2 FTEs plus external staff in the specialist departments. A tracking tool and defined processes are already in place.
- Collect project data (milestones, impact analysis, etc.) for all projects.
- Regularly monitor project status.
- Maintain the project controlling tool in coordination with the PMO lead and the specialist departments.
- Aggregate and prepare project statistics for top management.
- Act as the point of contact for project controlling for the individual departments.
Requirements
- Experience as a PMO manager (2-3 years of professional experience)
- Very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Precise, careful and error-free way of working
- Very good German and English skills
