- Handling and processing switch processes (supplier switch, new setup, move-in/move-out)
- Independently handling clarification cases with analysis of rejection reasons and follow-up
- Support in market communication and related areas (e.g. meter reading, billing) at least at 2nd-level
- Ensuring smooth workflows within the energy business processes
Requirements
- Several years of experience in the energy industry, especially in market communication
- Solid understanding of energy industry processes
- Confident use of SAP IS-U
- Good Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUP)
- Structured, solution-oriented and self-reliant way of working
- Customer service expertise
