Almost 15 years in e-commerce, from development and leadership to my own consulting. I translate between business and tech and implement requirements myself instead of just defining them.
Today I work as an AI operator for E-Com brands. I identify and prioritize the most important e-commerce levers and implement them directly: from SEO and GEO to SEA and shop and conversion optimization. To do that, I manage Claude and specialized AI agents that take on clearly defined tasks in research, analysis, content, optimization, and implementation. Steering, quality control, and responsibility for results stay with me.
Before that, I spent eight years as founder and CEO of an e-commerce software consultancy, as Head of Tech and E-Commerce at a D2C retailer, and most recently as Tech Lead Operations in an AI enablement program. I come from media informatics and code myself.
