As a doctoral-level expert in digital transformation and business leadership with more than ten years of leadership experience in digitization, IT, and technology projects, I combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery experience. In my leadership roles and as managing director, I have rebuilt complex IT landscapes, initiated digital transformation processes, and sustainably digitized business processes. In doing so, I have taken responsibility both as an entrepreneur and as a consultant, and I have helped organizations in the SME sector evolve through technology.

My technical expertise covers modern platform architectures, data infrastructure, Microsoft 365, and automation. At the same time, I bring solid knowledge in governance, IT management, ISO-certified operations, and GenAI. I am used to leading projects with budgets in the seven-figure range and managing cross-functional teams through demanding change processes.

I develop digital strategies that are closely aligned with the company’s operational goals. The focus is on efficiency, scalability, user centricity, and future readiness. My goal is not to use technology for its own sake, but to create measurable value for the business.

I plan, implement, and manage modern IT architectures that are reliable, GDPR-compliant, and able to grow with the business. In doing so, I have repeatedly built and led complex system landscapes, including Microsoft 365, CRM, ERP, and learning platforms. Governance, operational stability, and compliance are always part of the setup.

I combine a strong understanding of processes with the ability to execute. In my projects, I have redesigned, automated, and integrated many workflows. This applies to internal admin processes as well as customer-facing processes and recurring workflows. The results show up in higher productivity, fewer media breaks, and clear responsibilities.

I lead cross-functional teams and take responsibility for their success, even in difficult situations. My leadership style is clear, respectful, and goal-oriented. I work closely with stakeholders to not only manage change, but actively shape it and anchor it in the company for the long term.

As managing director of a digital company, I bring an entrepreneurial mindset and strategic responsibility for results. My parallel work as a university lecturer also allows me to reflect on current technological developments and transfer them into practice. This strengthens my ability to develop sustainable and future-oriented solutions.

I see leadership as responsibility for development: for people, processes, and organizations. My aim is not only to implement technological innovation, but to embed it culturally.
