Description
For our client, a company in the energy sector, we are looking for an experienced strategy consultant with relevant experience in setting up a field sales organization to start immediately. As project lead, you will structure the tasks, create sustainable project structures and steer the project safely to success
- Developing a concept for the new field sales organization
- Structuring topics and work packages
- Setting up a proper PMO
- Developing the user journey and defining touchpoints with customers
- Defining one of the KPIs for field service
- Building processes and defining system requirements
- Stakeholder management
- Reporting to senior management
Requirements
- At least three years of experience as a strategy consultant at a top consulting firm
- Experience in building field service organizations
- Conceptual & structured
- Strong in execution
- Excellent communication skills
- A self-starter who creates structures in a dynamic environment
